Scriptwriting module is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the art and craft of screenwriting. Through lectures, case studies, practical assignments, and feedback sessions, students will learn how to create compelling stories, develop characters, format a screenplay, write specific genres and pitch and market their scripts.
This module introduces students to the basic principles and practices of broadcast writing. Students will be introduced to the mechanics of writing, presenting and producing TV shows.
This unit provides a broad based understanding of the development of film through screening and discussion from filmmakers around the world. It is the study and analysis of film genres through practical applications. This unit also teaches story telling with basic aesthetics skills of editing and how genre has changed over time.
