Student will experience and evaluate online web journals, news-based/electronic commerce based web pages and product/services based CD ROM’s. Students are expected to compare and evaluate the different styles of writing, intended for different purposes. Students will then proceed to examine a printed article and summarize for transition onto the internet. Student will then proceed to build a basic 5-link web page to house this information.

This module deals mainly with the principles, concepts and techniques to the practice of Public Relations. It covers the aspect of role, process, strategy, application and tactics of Public Relations
This module introduces students to the basic hands-on radio and television production skills of interviewing, recording, dubbing, editing and shooting Students use radio workstations and video edit suites to produce magazine and commercial items for broadcast. They also record and analyze programme excerpts from the local market. The course provides a general overview of the Malaysian / Brunei Darussalam radio and television industries through guest lectures provided by prominent experts in these fields.

This course introduces students to guidelines and preparation in achieving outdoor or mass media advertising. This will involves media such as newspapers, radio, television and the online medium. Students will gain basic understanding of art direction and introduction to copywriting.
