This course is designed to provide the students with the skills to applied photographic techniques and process to explore photography possibilities in Advertising.

 


This unit gives a comprehensive overview of the psychological implications of Design when placed in a social context. This will enable the student to understand the ethical implications of the design profession. At the same time will allow them to take their decisions with a clear knowledge of the possible outcomes. The unit also introduces the concepts of local, regional and international Design. Lectures, discussions and slideshow as well as guest lecture and site visits will support the student learning process.


This course is designed to provide the students the exposure to graphic software on theory as well as practical.


The module focuses on design concepts, processes and developing practical studio skills necessary in the Graphic Design industry. Students will undertake two projects which focus on developing product branding. Emphasis will be given to exploring in-depth creative and expressive potentials of cross-disciplinary collaborations within the course modules.
