This module will expose students to the basic concept of information technology law, and related issues such as e-commerce, e-liabilities (tortuous liabilities), and cyber crimes (computer misuse and unauthorized access to computer program or system) and their implications. Legal implications involved in the protection of intellectual property in the era of information technology will be evaluated in this module.
