The major course aims to introduce the basic principles of Knowledge Management (KM) to the undergraduate students by highlighting the knowledge management processes such as knowledge capture, knowledge storage and codification, knowledge application, knowledge dissemination and knowledge sharing. The implementation of KM in organizations will also be discussed and issues of concern with regards to KM implementation in organizations will be explained. Knowledge management refers to the way organizations gather, manage, and use the knowledge they acquire.
In this course, students will be:

3) Exposed to knowledge discovery approaches.
4) Exposed to various latest technologies that is available for organizational knowledge a management.
5) Taught how information technologies and organization design approaches can be used to build knowledge management enterprises.
6) Trained to compare and contrast strategies and best practices in knowledge management.
